27.03.02 Quality Management
- Form and duration of training full-time - 4 years, intra-extramural – 4.5 years
- The program is implemented at the Institute of Railway Track, Construction and Structures
As a result of the training a graduator will receive the following professional skills: the ability to organize and conduct certification tests and systematic analysis of the quality of products of services and management systems, develop measures to improve it, control the quality of products and services, manage customer satisfaction processes, develop and implement quality management systems in organizations of various sizes, industry affiliations and forms of ownership, development of regulations and organization of assessments risk and choice of preventive measures of quality assurance measures.
